The Civil Society Design Network is a collective undertaking of a number of senior scholars whose careers have been devoted to the study and development of voluntary action, nonprofit organization, and the third sector. This network is created to be 1) voluntary and facilitative of collegial and supportive reflection and analysis; 2) permissive of the exploration and development of continuing academic contributions; and 3) developmental of new initiatives to advance academic and organizational initiatives throughout the third sector.
